There's no better way to introduce a new model, than to call upon the help of Ron Burgundy. Chrysler decided to team up with the fictional anchorman to have him help unveil the new 2014 Dodge Durango, while at the same time promoting his new film "Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues." Needless to say, these 30-second TV spots are becoming quite popular.

To give those of you in the Pocatello, ID area who haven't yet seen the advertisements an idea of what they are about, we thought we'd go over a few of our favorites here today. One ad shows Burgundy standing on stage with one white horse on one side of him and a new shiny Durango SUV on the other. He mentions that the vehicle has a powerful engine that can crank out up to 360 horsepower. Then he turns to the horse and in a mocking tone explains that the vehicles is 360 times more powerful, calling it worthless.

In another spot, Burgundy takes the times to explain one of the Durango's amazing features: its spacious glove box which offers 0.1 cubic feet of storage space. To put its size into perspective he explains that it is big enough to hold two turkey sandwiches or even 70 packs of gum. Now that is an impressive amount of storage space.

All of the spots that have aired so far can be found on YouTube, so be sure to check them out! There will be more laughs to follow as well, since Chrysler's marketing director unveiled there will be up to 67 spots total that feature Burgundy highlighting the SUV. We certainly can't wait to see more.
