Even though we're well in to November, even though Thanksgiving will be here before we know it, we here at Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of Pocatello can't help but pine for October some days. What can we say, not only are we big fans of Halloween, but you can't beat the fall weather and foliage in October. And now that we've caught wind of last month's sales numbers, November sure has its work cut out for it.

All in all, Chrysler reported sales of 140,083 units last month, making for a 11% increase over their sales in October of last year. It's their best October sales numbers since 2007, their 42nd consecutive month of year-over-year sales gains and it was enough to bump their year-to-date sales up to 1,497,086 units. That, too, is a 9% increase over their first 10 months of 2012.

Needless to say, we didn't get here by accident and there's praise to go around.

First up, there's our Ram pickup models that an 18% sales gain from October of last year with 29,846 units sold. Not to be outdone, there was the ever-popular 2013 Dodge Charger that had its best October sales numbers in three years with 7,864 models shipped, also making for a 19% year-over-year increase. And in terms of the biggest sales increase on our lineup, that went to none other than the 2014 Jeep Compass thanks to the 4,176 vehicles it sold - a 68% increase over its October 2012 sales.

Like we said, October was a keeper alright, but knowing these beauties at our dealership, it's nothing they can't top. Until then, feel free to see why we the masses are so fond of them with a good old-fashioned test drive here in Pocatello, ID. This many satisfied customers just can't be wrong.
